Our client, an award winning, prominent Advertising Agency in Durban, is looking for a Community Manager/Content Creator

Must Have:
• Degree or similar in Marketing, English and Media and/or Writing
• 3 - 5 years’ experience managing social media communities on behalf of a brand or organization
• An understanding of social media metrics and reporting practices
• Must be personally active on social media
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must be creative, well-organised and able to meet deadlines
• Must be a team player, internally and externally
• Dynamic person who must work proactively

Responsibilities:
• Daily checking and responding to posts/questions and comments on the page
• Managing the connected brand mail address and sifting through proposals and opportunities then presenting these to the team for approval
• Writing, briefing and creating reactive and always on content to be posted across multiple brand platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter
• Writing relevant blog posts and maintaining the brand blog
• Putting together content plan proposals for social media and blog content and sourcing contributors like artists and writers
• Media buying across all social media platforms
• Content and media strategy for digital
• Must be able to confidently use reporting tools and have worked on tools such as brandseye sprout, social, buffer, google analytics, Facebook analytics, Instagram
• Through research and actively networking within the industry, ensure that the Company is at the forefront of innovation and that this knowledge is shared across your peer group
• May be required to work after hours

Salary: R 21 000 CTC

Our client, a leading Digital Marketing Agency In Durban is looking for a Senior Account Manager

Must Have:
• 2-5 years client service experience in an agency environment with experience in managing/ working with teams.
• Experience in marketing to consumers inclusive of the digital context
• Relevant tertiary qualification, aligned to Marketing, Media, Communications
• Project Management and Digital training a plus
• Comprehensive understanding of BTL/ATL/TTL
• Understand digital technologies and their application, including search, websites, social media and mobile
• Full understanding of the strengths of different media
• In-Depth knowledge of marketing intelligence, budgeting and financial processes

Responsibilities:
Client & Agency Relationships
• Builds and maintains close client relationships, understanding their business objectives at all levels
• Ambassador for Company’s best interests in dealings with other agencies
• Identifying opportunities to cross sell and upsell services and drive revenue targets
• Proactive approach to growing the client and driving best practice in all that we do

Project Management
• Accountable for the compilation and delivery of clear briefs to internal departments, aligned to client's needs

Financial Management
• Managing overall client budgets and retainers
• Driving business growth through diligent financial and forecast reporting
• Stringent management of Age Analysis and ensuring all invoices are within terms
• Driving resolution any invoices out of terms proactively
• Preparation for monthly WIP meetings
• Attendance of WIP meetings and driving resolution of any issues arising in WIP meetings

Strategy
• Translating knowledge of digital/industry developments to drive client aspirations into strategies
• Working closely with internal team to drive relevant strategy
• Ultimately responsible for the delivery of any strategy in collaboration with internal team and under supervision of AD / CSD / BUD
• Developing Digital/TTL plans, aligned with client strategy

Reporting
• Interpreting insight tools (e.g. BrandsEye, Facebook Insights, Social Bakers and Google Analytics)
• Completion of all monthly and campaign reporting and ensuring internal team has completed.
• Liaising and driving third party agencies to ensure timeous submission of reporting to client
• Ensuring necessary reports are complete, checked and approved before being sent to client

Our client, a leading Print & Point of Sale Company, is looking for a Key Account Manager.

Must Have:
• Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree
• 5 – 10 years Key Accounts or sales experience
• Proven track record of effective management of sales team, meeting and increasing sales budgets

Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
• To manage key accounts from an operational focus to a strategic level
• Negotiate and solve key account issues proactively focusing on opportunities to drive the business and to maximize profitability
• Develop a strategy to mine business from all brands within the key account
• Penetrate all brands within the key account and identify and network with key people within each brand
• Understand the clients’ strategic plans
• Align the Company’s objectives with the client’s strategy and determine how the Company can add value to meet the clients’ strategic objectives
• Apply a client driven and consultative approach to selling and managing key accounts
• Ensure efficient and professional customer service from the front – end between the client and the Company
• To customize solutions to best meet their requirements and those of the end – user
• Conceptualize and document briefs, in an efficient manner so as to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer’s specifications
• In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager submit product proposals to the client initiating new business, closing the deal as well as identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities on an ongoing basis

Planning / Forecasting
• Prepare and present plans to achieve Key Account sales objectives by producing effective sales proposals
• Conduct research on inflationary and organic growth of customers and establish their market strategy when developing a sales budget
• Establish and achieve objectives for new / existing client activity

Innovation
• Provide the customer with dynamic, innovative solutions which will result in cost saving realization and effective business communication strategies
• Keeping abreast of technology trends, in order to provide innovative advice
• Applying innovative new ideas, value added techniques and on – going strategic maintenance of the account encouraging continued loyalty of clients

Retention of Key Account
• Contribute towards retention strategies by establishing long term relationships
• Reviews and visits top customers and key accounts regularly
• Resolves high level account conflict issues

Reporting
• Monitor account performance and track against objectives. Manage client orders, providing status report to the client
• Provide the Regional Sales Manager with weekly sales reports or as and when required
• Contribute in management forums as and when required

Communication
• Penetrate all brands within the key account and network with key stakeholders
• Ensure the Company is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events relating to the customers’ business
• Support and solicit input from team members at all levels
• Shares knowledge with all and draw on skills of technical experts where required to fulfill customer requirements

Market Intelligence
• Reports on market indicators based on awareness of target market, customers, and competitors
• Evaluates target markets and sales options

Salary: R 40K – R 45K CTC
