Our client, an award winning, prominent Advertising Agency in Durban, is looking for a Community Manager/Content Creator

Must Have:
• Degree or similar in Marketing, English and Media and/or Writing
• 3 - 5 years’ experience managing social media communities on behalf of a brand or organization
• An understanding of social media metrics and reporting practices
• Must be personally active on social media
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must be creative, well-organised and able to meet deadlines
• Must be a team player, internally and externally
• Dynamic person who must work proactively

Responsibilities:
• Daily checking and responding to posts/questions and comments on the page
• Managing the connected brand mail address and sifting through proposals and opportunities then presenting these to the team for approval
• Writing, briefing and creating reactive and always on content to be posted across multiple brand platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter
• Writing relevant blog posts and maintaining the brand blog
• Putting together content plan proposals for social media and blog content and sourcing contributors like artists and writers
• Media buying across all social media platforms
• Content and media strategy for digital
• Must be able to confidently use reporting tools and have worked on tools such as brandseye sprout, social, buffer, google analytics, Facebook analytics, Instagram
• Through research and actively networking within the industry, ensure that the Company is at the forefront of innovation and that this knowledge is shared across your peer group
• May be required to work after hours

Salary: R 21 000 CTC

Digital Manager

Digital Manager

Description:

Our client, a Global FMCG Company in Umhlanga, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager

Must Have:
• University Degree or equivalent – ideally in Marketing and Communication
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years working experience in the Digital industry.
• Preferably experience working for an International company
• Experience with leading digital and creative agencies
• Proven working experience in Digital marketing with demonstrable experience on managing
• SEO/SEA, email, social media and advertising campaigns

Responsibilities:
Quarterly Digital Calendar
• Manage the Quarterly calendar for digital requirements (New Product Developments, Exits, Packshot Changes, Campaigns, and Competitions etc.)

Facebook and Instagram (Eucerin and Elastoplast)
• Co-ordination and submission of consolidated brief/s to agency
• Co-ordination of content plans, reverts and final signoff with brand managers and digital agency
• Distribution of finalized content plans to brand team, consumer support team and media agency
• Daily monitoring of social media sites and promoted posts
• Co-ordination of Digital Competition CPA process
• Monthly update of social media reports and distribution thereof

Digital Brand Campaigns
• Developing of thorough briefs together with Brand Managers for digital campaigns and leads throughout the process to ensure an excellent delivery and post campaign analysis
• Assists in the recommendation of Influencers

Website Content
• Create and manage monthly content calendar
• Responsible for content updates (New Product Development, Packshot,
• Exits), reviews and sign off with Brand Managers
• Leads digital agency briefing of technical content changes
• Co-ordination of any Pack shot changes with Initiative

Medical Marketing and eCommerce
• Development and execution of digital medical marketing strategy targeted at
Healthcare Professionals
• Assess opportunities with online platforms to drive HCP awareness and
recommendations
• Assess opportunities in the e-commerce space and partner with sales to
capitalize on opportunities

Google AdWords
• SEO management’ Monthly review of keywords
• Bounce rates, exits, NPDs, KPIS
• Liaison with OMD on KPIs/budget
• Update of report overviews and distribution thereof

Digital reporting
• Updating of all digital reporting (You Tube, AdWords, FB, ECRM, websites) and
distribution thereof
• Constant improvement of campaigns based on analytics

Always On
• Management of budget for always on media spend
• Budget setting & tracking (MM)
• KPI tracking
• Monitoring
• Optimization

Ad-Hoc Duties
• Perform and/or manage other projects, tasks and assignments not stipulated
on the job description as and when required

Salary: R 35K – R 50K + Large company benefits and bonuses
