Must Have:
• Must have Banking Paralegal experience in Vehicle Finance & Repossessions

Responsibilities:
• The ability to take accurate instructions and prioritise work
• Good organisational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and payments are made timeously
• Managing and administering high volumes of work
• Preparing particulars of claim, relevant pleadings and notices
• Drafting settlement letters, as well as preparing all bank documentation required in this process
• Regular reporting on the bank’s systems
• Issuing summons and liaising with sheriffs’ offices with regards to repossession of assets
• Keeping detailed file notes of work conducted in each matter
• The ability to work in a team

Must Have:
• Matric and National Diploma/Degree in Marketing
• Sales experience within the aftermarket environment
• JDE and MS office
• Automotive product knowledge

Responsibilities:
• Managing different customer accounts, as stipulated by Department Manager
• Receive customer requirements daily / weekly and monthly
• Uploading customer demands on JDE
• Coordinate stock and shipping management with different courier companies
• Managing and executing customer requirements efficiently and effectively
• Uploading of product forecast by customer
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Customer and general office administration
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge and understanding of products
• Costing specific to the functional area and nominated client base
• Understanding of stock portfolio by each customer
• Assist with obsolescence control

Salary: R 20K – R 23K + benefits
