Our client, a leading Timeshare Leisure Company, is looking for Call Centre Agents

Must Have:
• Matric
• Speak Afrikaans
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Computer Literate

• Complaint and query resolution
• Explain of club products
• Liaison with share blocks and various other structures within the company
• To liaise with members, with the purpose of resolving queries to finality should they engage in written/ email or fax correspondence with the company
• To attend to the following specialist functions:
• CRM process
• Nedbank clients, attending to incoming and outgoing calls
• Arrivals, sending arrival reports to respective resorts and confirming arrivals etc…
• Sorting out double bookings
• Walk in clients

Salary: R 6500 + Comm
