Responsabilities:
• Prepare, implement and manage all marketing strategies for the Jewellery & Watch Retail Chain Stores
• Develop and oversee execution of marketing plans to drive sales and promote the brand; jewellery and watch products
• Prepare store-specific marketing plans
• Manage marketing campaigns with sales activities and merchandise plans
• Prepare marketing budgets, track and monitor spend
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Utilize customer databases for effective marketing communications
• Recruit new customers to the company through multichannel communication and strategies
• Identify marketing opportunities to effectively promote the company and products
• Manage and administer customer loyalty programs – the company and 3rd party
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Develop and execute online and print marketing campaigns
• Manage social media programs, update website and enhance user experience
• Manage store customers service levels via mystery shopping and surveys
• Track ROI of marketing campaigns by measuring sales and using other metrics, such as digital tools for relevant platforms
• Working closely with design agencies and launch new products
• Promote excellent customer service through direct interaction and via store objectives
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing and company objectives
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Identify research opportunities and conduct market research either internally or with research agency to address business needs
• Perform regular competitor marketing strategy and spend reviews

ADVERTISING
• Planning and placement of media spend
• Development and production of creative materials for advertising
• Ensure consistent and high-quality brand image across all mediums
• Negotiate co-op advertising with suppliers
• Manage advertising agency and similar service providers

PROMOTIONS
• Plan and execute in store promotions and national campaigns
• Plan and execute customer events, PR and goodwill projects
• Prepare press releases

MARKETING MATERIALS, DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
• Design and distribution of all company packaging and stationery requirements
• Sourcing and ordering of necessary packaging and stationery through liaison with various local and international suppliers and import agencies
• Manage the design, production and distribution of catalogues and brochures
• Manage the design, production and distribution of in store sales aids, visuals and display props
• Ensure store visual display standards are met by regularly visiting stores

Salary: up to R 800K CTC

Must Have:
• Minimum: a business related qualification

• Self-starter able to take initiative and ownerships of projects and prioritise workload to completion with limited supervision
• Proficient in all MS Office packages
• Train-the-Trainer knowledge and experience, including adult learning systems

• Medical Regulatory Experience Including Submissions

Responsibilities:
Medical Management (40%)
• Identify and collaborate with Key opinion leaders to create advocacy
• Research and understand clinical data to translate to detailing team

• Organise and participate in relevant medical conferences and events – responsible for application of accreditation/CPD Points for HCPs

Territory and Detailing Team Management (60%)

• In depth training to upskill medical & scientific knowledge of Detailers – ensure testing and other forms of development
• Train and Develop Outsourced Pharmacy Team, PTA’s, BA’s and other relevant Business Partners
• Development of Regional tracker to measure Detailer area growth
• Reporting Management, Detailer Expenses Management
• Incentive program management
• Territory management: HCP prioritisation, targeting - identify new areas/HCP specialisations to increase business
• Drive engagements in Classical Pharmacy in order to increase portfolio awareness and product offering – to drive sales
